Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a shipping label in your email.
Drop off your package at UPS with the clothes/styles you want to return in the package.
Once we receive your order at our HQ, we’ll go ahead and refund your order for you!
Please allow 7-10 business days for your funds to process back to your account
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on thebungalowus.com for return or exchange. Returns must be dropped off and scanned by carrier or returned to a store within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the delivery date.
For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a refund. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to send back your return. A return shipping fee applies if you return your entire order. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
After 30 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
